If in doubt, use the <a href=\"\/en\/encuentra-tu-plantilla\/\">insole finder<\/a>: it is just four questions.<\/p><\/details><details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Which size should I choose?<\/summary><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Choose your usual shoe size. On each product page you will find the size guide with the length and width of the insole. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one: most insoles can be trimmed at the front.<\/p><\/details><details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Are MYSOLE insoles medical devices?<\/summary><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No. MYSOLE insoles are comfort products for footwear. They do not replace the advice of a healthcare professional. If you have persistent pain or an injury, see a professional.<\/p><\/details><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Use and care<\/h2><details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>How do I fit the insole?<\/summary><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Remove the original insole from your shoe and place the MYSOLE insole with the heel pushed well back. If it feels unusual at first, wear it for a few hours a day and increase the time gradually.<\/p><\/details><details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>How do I clean my insoles?<\/summary><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With a damp cloth and lukewarm water. Let them air dry, never on a radiator or in the sun. Do not put them in the washing machine or tumble dryer. MYSOLE Basic Summer can be hand washed at up to 30 \u00b0C.<\/p><\/details><details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>How long do they last?<\/summary><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With normal daily use, about a year. When you notice the insole is flattened or worn, it is time to replace it.<\/p><\/details><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Orders, delivery and returns<\/h2><details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>When will my order be sent?<\/summary><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We prepare your order for dispatch within 48 working hours.
